If you have fitness goals for 2020, then Wiggle’s Challengers are here to inspire you to success.
Wiggle has recruited four Challengers who’ll detail their stories over the coming year as they take on huge running, cycling, triathlon, and outdoor/adventure challenges in 2020.
You’ll have the chance to learn from their mistakes and successes as they overcome obstacles, build schedules, and find the perfect gear to help them achieve their goals.
Throughout 2020, our four intrepid Challengers will chart their journeys through blogs and videos.
And, by keeping up their progress and achievements, you’ll get the motivation you need to tackle your own goals and learn from their experiences as they face some iconic tests of endurance and fitness.
Meet the Challengers
Wiggle’s 2020 Challengers specialise in four main areas, with each preparing to take on some very tough events.
Courtney is a keen cyclist, a Breeze champion, and enjoys open-water swimming.
Courtney’s 2020 challenges:
- Achieving a PB at Hanningfield sprint tri
- Completing an Olympic-distance tri
- Achieving a PB at Ride London
Matt started running three years ago and last year finished the Highland Fling in 11 hours and 36 minutes.
Matt’s 2020 challenges:

- Devil O'Highlands
Lisa is the author of the Fat Girl Fit blog, documenting her journey to health and happiness by being “fearlessly, unapologetically” herself. She’s a committed cyclist and hiker.

- London Revolution (155 mile)
DJ Hussey is a huge gym and outdoor enthusiast and runs personal training studio New Era Fitness with his wife.
DJ’s 2020 challenges:
- Hiking width of Wiltshire in one go
- Climbing Mount Olympus
- Climbing lots of UK mountains
